How to make a picture from a video in Windows

1.Use your PrintScreen key

2.Launch the mspaint program
3. use Win-R key combination to open the run dialog (Win is a windows key)
4. type in mspaint

5. use Ctrl-V key combination to paste the picture into the mspaint program.

If the screenshot contains unwanted details you can edit it in mspaint using standard tools.

6. To save the file do File->Save as...


To capture only one window and thus not the whole screen use Alt-Print Screen key combination.
